Children's Mental Health Week
We are going to be focussing on and developing our understanding of mental health and wellbeing by taking part in Children's Mental Health Week from the 1st-5th February.
What does it mean to be mentally healthy?
Mental Health is about how we think, feel and behave. Everyone has to work at being mentally healthy. Some people have to work harder than others and sometimes we need help to manage our mental health. We are supporting the charity Place2Be by learning about Mental Health this week and carry on our learning after this week.
